Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist

Location: Pasadena, CA

Pay Rate: $30/hr

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Position Overview:

Our client in the Pasadena, CA area is seeking an HR Generalist for a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support full-cycle HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Support recruiting efforts including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
• Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state (California), and local labor laws

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of prior HR Generalist or related HR experience required
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and California employment laws
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ADP, and other HRIS systems required
• Bilingual Spanish required
